Plastic surgery changed the face of Jaoquin Guzman Loera. This man is the most wanted man and the leader of the Sinaloa Cartel . He was put in prison and he escaped and he had plastic surgery. He had plastic surger incase people saw him, so they wouldn't recognise him. Also his partner Mayo Zambada has had plastic surgery to change his apperance be cause he is also looked. Being in organized crime such as the Sinaloa Carte and being a narco.
